2025–2026 BOARD LEGACY INITIATIVES

Investing Forward

As the 2025–2026 ASID California Peninsula Board concludes its term, we are proud to invest back into our members, the next generation of designers, our local community and beyond. Together, these initiatives reflect the values that shaped our year: connection, opportunity and service.

GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY

Make It Home Bay Area

We are continuing our support of Make It Home Bay Area and its work creating welcoming, furnished homes for individuals and families rebuilding their lives.

INVESTING IN OUR MEMBERS

NCIDQ Certification Support

Eligible active chapter members pursuing NCIDQ certification can receive $500 toward NCIDQ exam registration and exam fees, helping support an important step in professional advancement.

Active chapter members: contact chapter administration for eligibility and application details.

SUPPORTING THE NEXT GENERATION

Free ASID Student Memberships

Through ASID Higher Education Partnerships, our chapter is sponsoring free ASID Student Memberships for up to 49 students at Cañada College and up to 49 students at West Valley College.

Students: contact your Interior Design program department, faculty advisor or chapter administration for participation details.

STRENGTHENING OUR BAY AREA

Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley

Our support of Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley helps create safer, healthier and more accessible homes for neighbors in need, while giving our members an opportunity to volunteer together on Rebuilding Day.

SUPPORTING GLOBAL IMPACT

Mercado Global

We are continuing our support of Mercado Global and its work expanding economic opportunity for rural artisan entrepreneurs and families, connecting our design community to the power of craft, culture and entrepreneurship.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE YEAR

2025–2026 Board of Directors

Behind these initiatives is a board that brought its time, ideas and commitment to serving our chapter throughout the 2025–2026 year.
